Surprising. I was watching the pageant with my wife and three daughters (I think these competitions are probably mostly aimed at women viewers and not men). During the interview segment with the last five contestants, Miss Oklahoma was asked her opinion of SB1070. I'm sure the lawyers have already told you that this is not possible. The company cannot refile PERM now because all the ads, posting, etc are too old. They would have to start again.

If it has been more than 90 days for the EAD renewal application and the EAD is about to expire, what can one do? I know they no longer give walk-in EADs. I have tried to contact them but no positive response. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Gurus,
Can we apply for H1 if our I-485 is pending while the current status is L1.
The reason I am asking is I-485 is itself a COS and if we apply H1 while on L1 it is again an COS petition from L1 to H1. So what happens to the I-485 application?:confused:
Will there be any impact or no impact at all?:mad:
Is there an option to apply without asking for COS when applying H1 with the current status as L1.:confused:
Please help with your views....
